Modus Ponens Denoted as

$$\frac{A\supset BandA}{B}$$

It means, If A implies B and A is true then B will also be true. This is Deduction.

For example,

If you water the garden (A), then the lawn becomes wet (B)
you water the garden (A)
Therefore, lawn become wet (B)
